1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the ExamMonth mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately uninstall the app and cease all use of our services.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the ExamMonth app and website on your personal Android device solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes (specifically, preparing for Rajasthan government exams).

3. User Accounts

Certain features of the app require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

While we offer free mock tests and PYQs, full access to premium features (including advanced AI analytics and unlimited mock tests) requires a paid subscription. Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All payments are processed securely through Google Play Billing or approved third-party payment gateways. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Google Play Store.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Copying, distributing, republishing, or selling any questions, explanations, or content from the app.
• Sharing your premium account access or credentials with any third party.
• Using automated systems, scrapers, or bots to harvest data or content from our platform.
• Attempting to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the security or integrity of our servers and networks.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the mobile application.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials within the app and website—including mock tests, questions, answers, explanations, progress algorithms, graphics, UI design, and logos—are the exclusive intellectual property of ExamMonth. These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of India.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. ExamMonth makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the study materials. While our platform is designed to assist you in your preparation, we do not guarantee that you will pass any government exam or secure employment.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ExamMonth and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or academic opportunities arising out of your use of or inability to use the services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
